img_6551 If you can't get the whole house in the photo or if the rest of the house doesn't look too good you can opt for just a nice doorway shot.
taken-from-side-to-not-blick-ohouse This house was photographed from the side so that the front view did not have a tree blocking the house. The photographer was also standing somewhat up on the driveway so the house did not disappear from view. I think the photographer could have stood slightly higher up to get the best photo.

taken-too-low This photo was taken from the street and you can't see the house. Take the photo from across the street if necessary or up on the yard. Use a ladder or an extension and hold the camera up in the air if necessary to get a better viwe of the whole house.
tree-blocking This is the first impression you see of this house?? What house. Cut the tree down.

twin Lovely photo of a twin home. If you try to crop out the other house and make the buyer think it is a single they will be irritated by your trick and take it out one your property. This photo lets you see a peak of the neighbor but also highlights the large side yard.
where-is-house Another bad photo. This realtor should have stood on the top of that crest of the driveway.

white-and-black Beautiful photograph! Taken on a sunny day with blue skies makes so much of a difference. I hate it when you see a house especially at the beach on a dreary day. Go back on a sunny day and atleast re take the outside.
wide-kitchen-show-ceiling The photo shows the value of a professional with a wide angle lens. You can see so much of the room including the gorgeous ceiling.

wide-pic-family-room Again another fabulous photo with a wide angle lens.
beautiful-patio-with-view This beautiful patio photo was taken from behind so you could see out to the view

boys-with-no-toys Can it be possible that these boys have no toys and their room is this clean? No! But for staging to sell they are sacrificing and keeping their room clean. Notice the empty toy bins!!!
This photo lets me see everything at once This photo lets me see everything at once

highlieght-the-view This photo shows me the kitchen and the view at once!
This photo lets me see the kitchen and pantry all at once This photo lets me see the kitchen and pantry all at once

If you have a pool flaunt it. If you have a pool flaunt it.
This view featured the patio the pool and the house all in one shot. This view featured the patio the pool and the house all in one shot.

This photo lets you know how big this master really is. This photo lets you know how big this master really is.
Another photo which incorporates the view and the room. Another photo which incorporates the view and the room.

Another well staged bedroom captured with a wide angle lens. Another well staged bedroom captured with a wide angle lens.
Small bedrooms look larger with a wide angle lens Small bedrooms look larger with a wide angle lens

This adorable kitchen looks bigger because the photo is taken from another room. This adorable kitchen looks bigger because the photo is taken from another room.
The entire beauty of this small room is captured when the photo is taken from outside and open window. The entire beauty of this small room is captured when the photo is taken from outside and open window.
